Enrico (Chicco), eldest son of Bruna and Vittorio, fell into the family pots as a child. His passion has rubbed off on him to such an extent that every free moment, starting from school vacations, has become an excuse to follow, snoop around, study the secrets of cuisines from all over the world (from Paris to Munich, from Spain to the United States). His wanderings around the planet have made him an expert and careful connoisseur of the most varied raw materials. Supported by a talent that is never self-congratulatory, he has acquired a very personal style, mixing the skills and recipes learned in his father Vittorio's kitchen with the sensitivity and technique learned over the years. His innate curiosity and desire to always put himself to the test are the secret ingredients of his cuisine.
